New teach­ers must first pass the Basic Exam.

Practicum Fee:

• no fee, first instructor.

• $25 each addi­tional instruc­tor from same location.

• $45 renewal fee.

• Learn­ing to opti­mize the client’s time

10:00 — 11:30                     Mind/Body – Neu­tral Pos­ture, Breath­ing, Centering
• Cen­ter­ing before mov­ing – why do some pos­tures work?
• Relaxation
• Poses/positions from yoga, dance, pilates, etc.; breath­ing tech­niques; men­tal focus/imagery
