DTP’s Total Pregnancy Fitness and Mom-Baby Fitness get the results moms want!
Research shows specifically that our pregnancy program:
- relieves discomforts
- reduces the risk of some disorders of pregnancy
- provides stamina and movement skills for birth while reducing the need for interventions
- speeds recovery
The postpartum mom-baby setting allows a new mom to get in shape, enjoy time with her baby and gain from social support — without needing a babysitter! Each generation of moms brings new ideas to the table, so we talk regularly with our clients and honor changes in priorities.
Our home programs are at Yale University + Yale-New Haven Hospital — New Haven CT.

DTP’s Total Pregnancy Fitness™ combines fun cardio/aerobic activities with deep breathing, centering, relaxation and mobilizing floor work. In addition, targeted strength training, along with yoga-based positions for labor and birth, are all combined into the one-hour format.

Mom-Baby Fitness™ and StrollerDance™ combine cardio workouts with core recovery, re-alignment, strength training, and mom-baby exercises and games into an hour of joyous activity.
DTP supports scientific research to improve maternal and infant health. Our faculty of Health Care Practitioners, Fitness Professionals and Master Teachers continually update and improve our programs to make them relevant to each new generation of moms!
